1. Overview
Link-Space.net is an online reservation platform connecting users (students, student activities, and individuals) with available workspaces in Egypt. We act solely as an intermediary to facilitate bookings between customers and workspace providers.
2. User Eligibility
By using Link-Space.net, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the platform.
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
3. Account Registration
- To access certain features, users must create an account with valid information including name, email, and phone number.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.
- Link-Space.net reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
4. Platform Role
- Link-Space.net is not the owner or operator of any listed workspace.
- We facilitate communication and booking between users and workspace providers.
- All reservations are subject to the availability and policies of each workspace.
5. Booking and Payment Policy
- Users can browse and book workspaces listed on the platform.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The deposit is paid through Instapay to the workspace account or through an authorized Link-Space.net representative.
- The remaining 50% balance is paid in cash upon arrival at the workspace.
- Bookings are confirmed only after the workspace accepts the reservation.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Users may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.
- If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, the deposit will not be refunded.
- If the workspace cancels the booking, the user is entitled to a full refund of the deposit.
- Link-Space.net is not responsible for disputes between users and workspaces beyond the refund amount processed through our platform.
7. Workspace Provider Obligations
Workspace owners must:
- Provide accurate details including location, pricing, available times, and amenities.
- Ensure the workspace is in good condition and matches the listing description.
- Notify Link-Space.net immediately of any unavailability or policy changes.
- Pay a commission to Link-Space.net per successful booking (percentage negotiated individually).
8. Fees and Commissions
- Link-Space.net charges a commission fee on each successful booking.
- Commission percentages vary by workspace and will be agreed upon in writing prior to listing.
- Commission is deducted from the workspace's received deposit or settled post-booking.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Link-Space.net acts only as a facilitator and is not liable for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction caused by the workspace.
- We are not responsible for any injury, theft, or property damage occurring within the workspace.
- Users and workspaces are solely responsible for resolving any disputes between them.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on Link-Space.net, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, are the intellectual property of Link-Space.net and protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
11. Privacy
- User data will be collected, stored, and used according to our Privacy Policy.
- By using the platform, users consent to such data collection and processing.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, misuses the platform, or engages in fraudulent activity.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through the competent Egyptian courts.
14. Updates
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
